Not only that, the benefits just keep getting better and better! As our member of our squad of loyal shoppers, you’ll be able to reap rewards across our five outlets in Singapore.
4. PERKS & POINTS As our beloved iROO member, you are entitled to earn fabulous loyalty points for your purchase(s). For every S$1 spent, you’ll earn 10 points. All accumulated points will be valid for ONE (1) year and will need to be redeemed on the 31st of March the year after. Extension of point validity will not be permitted. Multinational accumulation will also not be accepted. Upon point expiry, your spend balance will be converted to zero. Thereafter, your membership tier status will also be subjected to review. Members shall be responsible for ensuring that the spend balance is accurate at the time of your transaction. Missed points will not be registered once the transaction has been closed.
5. REDEEM MY REWARDS Rewards can only be redeemed once, and they can only be redeemed at our physical iROO stores in Singapore. When redeeming your rewards along with your current purchase, no points will be accumulated for this transaction. Only ONE (1) Rewards redemption can be used for a single receipt. Each Reward can only be used once towards partial- or full payment of any regular-priced items. If the value of the reward is not fully redeemed, the remaining value will not be refunded. Promotions listed are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash nor substituted for other rewards.
6. RETURNS If you have earned loyalty points when making a purchase, these accumulated points will be deducted from your total point balance once the item(s) are returned or refunded.
